Revamped how staff send recognition through a new flow of steps rather than one view. This gives the user a sense of focus and determination to complete the recognition. We added support for the newer point budgeting as well.
The user will be taken first into who to recognize? No need to click in to do the first step. This saves the user time in sending recognition and creates immediacy. Then, the user is asked which company value badge to choose. This is where the budgeting screen for points will show. Follow the rest of the steps and send the recognition! Your staff are going to love this update.
